MCI
UI/UX Designer of Website and Application
During my full-time job at Hami System Sharif company, one of my main jobs was the UI/UX design of different projects for MCI which is the first and largest mobile operator in Iran. It was a challenging job because there were millions of target users who wanted to have interaction with this website and application. I briefly described 3 projects which I did.
Official website Redesign
There was a ton of information on their main website. Designing for such a huge website needs a comprehensive design system to make a consistent design in all the platforms. Also, I struggled with making a mega menu to be accessible by the users on all the pages. Moreover, with the help of a card sorting test system, we reach the point that we could have a great information structure. Here you can see some screen designs of the main website. I should point out that the designs have not been developed yet.
Statistical Panel for the mobile application
How many users are currently using their mobile application? How many new joiners are there? How many times the mobile application is downloaded today? Or this week; Or in a specific period?
imagine hundreds of these questions! It’s a complicated dashboard. yeah? here you can see the designs of pages
New features on current mobile application
The Hamrah-e-man mobile application with millions of users always needs to be on the top and deliver great services to its users. New features and enhancing old functionalities were my top priority as a UI/UX team lead. I attended lots of meetings with MCI managers, the sales and marketing team, and other departments.
The design team and I worked hard on more than 20 sub-projects of mobile application during my time in the Hami System Sharif company. Here are some screenshots of them
Mobile application redesign proposal
Considering issues on the current mobile application, My manager asked for a design proposal for the application based on their research and investigation. Here are some of the pages designed that I put in an article PDF document describing current issues and how we could resolve them.
